An economist with 20 years of experience in the energy sector, he holds a PhD in Economics from Georgetown University. His extensive track record includes key leadership roles in both the public sector and trade associations, having served as Executive Director of the Association of Non-Regulated Electricity Customers (Acenor A.G.), as well as holding senior positions at the Ministry of Energy and the Chilean National Energy Commission.
